Cheesy Garlic Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, broken into florets

  • 1 cup Garlic Gouda

  • 3 Tbsp melted butter

  • 3 Tbsp sour cream

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Steam Cauliflower until just tender. Transfer to a colander and drain excess water.

Place the drained cauliflower in a food processor and process until smooth.  

Add the Garlic Gouda, butter, and sour cream. Process until incorporated.  

Add salt and pepper as needed.

Serve hot.
