Feta Dip
Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 ounces cream cheese
2 ounces Appel Farms Feta
1/2 cup Appel Farms Yogurt
1 tablespoons fresh basil
1 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
Heat the olive oil over low heat in a small pan. Add the minced garlic and heat one to two minutes, just until the garlic just starts to sizzle.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the red pepper flakes. Set aside to cool.
In a food processor, pulse together the cream cheese, feta, and yogurt.
Add the basil, lemon juice, and cooled oil to the food processor and pulse to combine.
Chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
